BYT50/BYT100/BYT500 Low RPM Weld Positioner
Low-RPM Worktable Rotation: The worktable rotates 180° at a low RPM, ensuring precise positioning and stability during welding operations.
Anti-Electromagnetic Interference Design: Specially engineered to minimize high-frequency interference from TIG welding, this system enhances arc stability and significantly improves weld quality.
Self-Regulating Control System: An integrated controller autonomously monitors and adjusts operational parameters (e.g., voltage, current) and welding duration for consistent performance.
Adjustable Welding-Gun Support: A height- and angle-adjustable support securely fixes the welding torch in place, ensuring alignment accuracy even at low RPMs.
Self-Clamping Track System: A guided track paired with a pneumatic tip enables automatic workpiece clamping, securing components firmly during low-RPM welding processes.
